EET (Electrical Equipment Testing) fully encompasses the In Service Inspection & Testing of Portable Electrical Equipment including heavy plant and fixed appliances up to 415v. Plym PAT Testing Limited will work with duty holders and or nominated person(s) to ensure that all on site electrical appliances are within parameters of the IET ‘Code of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment’. We will also provide a Detailed Asset Report & Certificate of PATs in PDF format for all your appliances.

PAT Testing
Portable Appliance Testing (PATs) is the term used to describe the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use. Most electrical safety defects can be found by visual examination but some types of defect can only be found by Testing.
